Allegheny Surety Agency, Inc. (“ASA”), a Pennsylvania managing agency, has become part of Pacific Surety Insurance Agency (“Pacific Surety”).

ASA’s former management team and key employees will continue to operate out of the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia offices. ASA’s existing clients will not experience disruption of service and may continue to work with their established contacts. At the same time, joining Pacific Surety gives the team the ability to expand its reach by offering surety solutions nationwide.
